Termination

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, or failing such agreement, by the Chairperson of the Indian Council of Arbitration. The venue of the arbitration shall be Bangalore, India. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
